150 | g | Chocolate shavings |
200 | g | Icing sugar |
3 | dl | Cream |
3 | tbsp | Peanutbutter |
3 | tsp | Vanilla sugar |
8 | Egg yolks | |
8 | Egg whites |
Instructions for Choko / Peanutbutter / Caramel Ice
To prepare the Choko / Peanutbutter / Caramel Ice recipe, please follow these instructions:
Put the can of condensed milk in a saucepan. Fill water in the pan so that the can is covered. Bring the pan to the boil and then screw it down. Let it simmer for 3 hours. After the three hours the can is cooled off using cold water. DÃ¥sen's content has now been transformed into the finest creamy caramel mass.
Whip egg yolks, flour and vanilla together into a cream.
Whip the cream to whipped cream.
Whip the egg whites stiff so the bowl can be turned on the head without the contents falling out.
Peanutbutter, chocolate chips and half-caramel caramel are stirred in the bowl of egg yolks and sugar.
Finally, stir the whipped cream and egg whites carefully and place the ice in the freezer. After approx. 6 hours the ice cream is ready for serving.
