Instructions for Chocolate ice cream I
To prepare the Chocolate ice cream I recipe, please follow these instructions:
Mix cream, egg yolks and sugar in a pan. Warm the mixture through strong whipping until the cream is thick, do not boil. Bring the chocolate into pieces and melt it in the warm cream. Allow the cream to cool off. Whip occasionally in it. Freeze the cream 4-5 hours. Add the whipped cream while stirring when the ice is half frozen. Allow ice to freeze. Turn the ice on a dish or cut it into slices. Decorated with flaked roasted almonds and whipped cream.
