225gIcing sugar
25gUnsweetened cocoa powder

450gWheat flour (preferably organic)
75gButter minced

Instructions for Chocolate cake without eggs

To prepare the Chocolate cake without eggs recipe, please follow these instructions:

Preheat oven to 180 degrees c. alm. oven.

Sift flour, cocoa, baking powder and bicarbonate of soda into a large bowl and mix the sugar in. Mix all the wet ingredients in a second Bowl. Pour the wet ingredients with the dry at once and whisk until batter is smooth.

Pour batter into a greased springform and bake it for an hour, to the release a knitting needle. Put a piece of tin foil over the pie, if it gets too dark on top.
Take it out of the oven and let it cool in the form.

Turn the cake out of the mold and the advantage chocolate cream on top.

If you make the glaze, sifted icing sugar and cocoa into a bowl. Make a hole in the middle. Warm butter, syrup and milk on low heat until the butter is melted. Pour it into the hole in the melblandingen and then stir until glaze is smooth. Stir in it with a wooden spoon, until the glaze has cooled and is starting to congeal slightly.
