Instructions for Chocoladeis
To prepare the Chocoladeis recipe, please follow these instructions:
Whip the egg yolks well with flour flour. Melt the chocolate and stir it in the egg mixture. Mix coarsely crushed macros in whipped cream and turn it in. Bowl the ice cream into a saucepan and freeze it for a couple of hours - stir it every ½ hour (total 3 times) So that the filling does not sink to the bottom
tips:
The egg yolks must either be pasteurized or scalded for 10 sec. In boiling water before they get out. This is done to avoid salmonella bacteria.
