1 | dl | Vinegar |
1 | Habanero chili | |
150 | g | Sidestep the sugar with pectin |
2 | dl | Water |
Instructions for Chili-jam
To prepare the Chili-jam recipe, please follow these instructions:
Heat vinegar, water and sugar. The sugar must be dissolved completely before adding the chilli.
Clean the habanero for kernels and cut it well, or blend it for best results.
When the sugar is dissolved add chilli and boil the sugar for 1 minute.
Pour on the scalded glass rinsed with atamon.
tips:
Use if necessary. Rubber gloves to handle the chili as it is not fun to get chili on the skin. Mik Shack recommends the marmalade on roasted french bread with peanuts, but find your favorite variant yourself.
