Instructions for Chicken with white wine sauce
To prepare the Chicken with white wine sauce recipe, please follow these instructions:
The onions are pilled. They must be all. The bacon is cut into smaller pieces, and both are swung on the forehead, then put aside. The chicken pieces are brown, they must be almost dark brown. Season with salt and pepper, add onion and bacon and sprinkle with nutmeg. Now pour white wine and cook the dish up. Then turn it down and simmer under the lid for approx. 25-30 min. Meanwhile you can rinse the parsley and chop it roughly, as well as wash the mushrooms, if necessary, cut them in half. Finally, bring the mushrooms in, then stir the cream fry and simmer for a couple of minutes. Pour whole glory into a dish, decorate with parsley, and serve it with rice and flute.
tips:
If you pill the skin of the chicken and use fromage frais, you'll save some fat. A few laurel leaves give a nice taste. Take them up before serving.
