Instructions for Chicken soup with filling
To prepare the Chicken soup with filling recipe, please follow these instructions:
Place the chicken in the 2 liters of boiling chicken wool. While pilles are peeled and cut into small tern and the ginger is torn.
The carrots are peeled and cut into half slices, the celery is cut into the tern and the pears cut into slices.
The chicken is taken up and laid aside.
In a new pot, turn the onions and ginger into a little oil for a couple of minutes. About 1 1/2 liter of broth is poured at. The spices are added and the chicken crumbles into the soup. The soup is boiled up.
Add carrots, celeriac, leeks and the last broth and simmer the soup for approx. 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, noodles are cooked in another pot.
The soup and noodles are mixed together in a bowl - welcome!
tips:
I do not mix the noodles into the soup, as the noodles will suck the soup after a little while.
