To prepare the Chicken and spring onions in the wok recipe, please follow these instructions:

Marinade: chop the garlic, chili and Ginger finely and mix it with the other ingredients for the marinade. Cut the chicken meat into thin strips and pour the marinade over the meat. Let the meat pulling while you clean the spring onions and slices it into 3 cm long pieces on the bias.

Sauté the meat of 2 times in oil (save marinade) for it is almost done. Keep the meat hot.

Saute the scallions 1 minute (to the beginning to fall a little together). Add the chicken strips and broth, and season with the marinade from the chicken strips.
