Biscuits, cinnamon, butter and sugar are blended in a food processor until it is powdered. The biscuit mass is pressed into a sprayed spring form. The biscuits are pressed well and then baked for 10-15 minutes at 180 degrees. Cooled down afterwards.
Lots of lemons are torn and the juice is squeezed. It is poured into a bowl of mascarpone, and this is whipped together with an electric whisker.
Whip cream, flour and corn from the vanilla pole are whipped airy (not for staple).
Pour the husblas softly into cold water.
The two masses are gently twisted together.
A saucepan is put on a hot fire and when the pot is hot, the house blast is free of most water and thrown into the pan. Remove the pan and use the heated bottom to melt the house blush.
The melted house blister is turned into the mascarpone mass and then turned into spring form.
Cheese cake, boil for a minimum of 3 hours.
