4 | tbsp | Fresh, chopped parsley |
4 | tsp | Freshly squeezed lemon juice |
600 | g | Salmon fillet without skin |

Divide the salmon into 4 pieces. Melt the butter on the forehead. Brush the salmon with some of this butter and step in the rest. Sprinkle the spice mixture on.
