Ingredients for Bean patties with herbs
1 | bundle | Spring onions finely chopped |
2 | Eggs beaten | |
2 | tbsp | Oil |
4 | tbsp | Minced parsley |
4 | tbsp | Wheat flour |
50 | g | Fine bread crumbs or bread crumbs |
50 | g | Mozzarella sort! |
800 | g | Cannellinibønner on can of drained and rinsed |
Instructions for Bean patties with herbs
To prepare the Bean patties with herbs recipe, please follow these instructions:
1. come the beans in a bowl and mas them. come one beaten egg into the bowl and whisk together.
2. stir in scallions, parsley and mozzarella. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Shape the mixture into 8 patties, flat them out slightly with the Palm. Dip them in the second egg and breadcrumbs/RASP. Benefit them on a greased baking sheet and drizzle them with oil.
4. Fry them in a preheated oven at 200 degrees 10-15 minutes, until golden and fire heat. Let them cool slightly.
