2 | Medium-sized ripe bananas | |
2 | Past. egg whites | |
2.5 | dl | Whipped cream |
3 | Past. egg yolks | |
6 | Gelatin leaves |
Instructions for Banana Fromage / mousse
To prepare the Banana Fromage / mousse recipe, please follow these instructions:
Whip egg yolk and sugar light and airy
Add lemon juice
Melt the house with a little water and whip it in the egg yolk mixture.
The banana is mashed and turned in. The egg-sugar-banana-husblas mixture is put in the refrigerator until it is half-stiff.
While the mass is in the fridge, egg whites and cream are whipped separately.
When the pulp is stiffened slightly, turn the whipped cream and pinch whites into it.
Put the cold in the serving bowl until it is served (min 1 hour)
tips:
For any Pumpkin buns with banana ribs and came from before it was finished. When serving, turn it on a plate and sprinkle with cocoa powder.
