125gIcing sugar
4Egg whites past

Instructions for Baked ice cream with meringue

To prepare the Baked ice cream with meringue recipe, please follow these instructions:

Beat the egg whites very stiff. Add the icing sugar. Whip the egg whites are VERY cool. Put batter in a heat-proof platter and cut it to make it fit in the circumference with the ice (advantage evaporate on this possibly) Put the ice in one large piece on batter and cover the ice cream with egg white mass. The ice must be covered 100% otherwise melting in the oven.

Bake immediately for 10 minutes in a preheated oven at 225 degrees c. alm. oven.

Tips:
The body of the ice will be of course a little bit soft. but it helps if the ice come directly from the freezer and onto batter.
