250gFromage frais 0.3
4tbspSherry. dry
5tbspCane sugar
500gGrapes, green

Instructions for Baked grapes

To prepare the Baked grapes recipe, please follow these instructions:

Wash, halve and udsten wind ruerne. Chop vanillestangen and 1 tbsp. of the cane sugar fine. Mix it with the rest of the sugar. Turn the mixture together with the wind ruerne in a bowl and place uncovered in the refrigerator for about 2 hours.

Advantage grapes, grape juice and sherry in 4 ovnfaste bowls (a ca. 2 dl) and behind the wind ruerne in the middle of the oven. Approx. 10 minutes at 250 degrees c. alm. oven.

Served with Fromage Frais over wind ruerne and the rest in a bowl beside it. Tilsmag evt fromage frais'en with vanilla.
