Instructions for Baked cornish hens
To prepare the Baked cornish hens recipe, please follow these instructions:
Clean the poussins in cold water and wipe them off. Season each with Go Cajun Poultry and set aside. Mix the orange juice and the soy sauce. Rub the poussins into the mixture and wrap two strips of bacon around each bird. Put the poussons in an ovenproof dish and drip / brush them with olive oil. Place in a 180 degree oven. When the poussons start to turn brown add the chicken bouillon. Put a piece of foil loose over the poussians. Spread the force regularly over the birds during the frying period, lasting 30-40 minutes or allowing the wings to easily pull away from the body.
Remove the puffins from the dish and keep them warm. Remove excess olive oil from the dish, pour the power into a saucepan. Add the sherry and cook the sauce with a quarter. Cut the puffins out in half and pour the sauce over them. Decorate with chopped parsley.
