Ingredients for Apple Muffins

1 | tbsp | Water |
1.5 | dl | Icing sugar |
125 | g | Butter or margarine |
150 | g | Wheat flour |
2 | Eggs | |
2 | tbsp | Cream |
2 | Small apples |
Instructions for Apple Muffins
To prepare the Apple Muffins recipe, please follow these instructions:
1. Stir the fat and sugar together, add one egg at a time.
2. Mix flour, baking soda and cream in.
3. Cut the peeled apples into cubes and turn them into sugar and cinnamon.
4. Bring 1 lever. Dough in each greased lentil form, then an apple pie and again a little dough. Keep in mind that the mold can only be filled up to 2/3.
5. Bake the cakes for approx. 10 min at 200-225 degrees.
6. Mix the flour, water and lemon juice for the icing.
7. Glaze the sliced cakes and decorate with a red cocktail berry.
