Instructions for Apple cake 07
To prepare the Apple cake 07 recipe, please follow these instructions:
Flour, egg yolks, a little vanilla flavor, half of vanilla sugar and baking soda are mixed together and kneaded until you get a smooth dough. The dough is divided into 2 pieces.
The one part is distributed (squeezed) into a baking mold (about 25x35 cm) and baked in oven for 15 minutes at 200 degrees.
The other one is put in a refrigerator (or card in the freezer so it stiffens)
Apples are rinsed and peeled, roughly torn. Bring the rest of vanilla sugar into the cinnamon and stir it together.
Eggwheat whipped together until they are almost stiffened. Came carefully and keep whipping it all the way.
Put the pre-baked bottom up, put apple sauce on, whipped egg whites. Cold and stiff dough is taken out of the refrigerator, rifts roughly and distributed gently over the whipped egg whites.
The cake is baked in the oven for 175-45 minutes for 45-55 minutes.
Sprinkle with flour cream just before serving
