14gVanilla sugar
200gMargarine
300gWheat flour
7Small apples

Instructions for Apfelstreusel

To prepare the Apfelstreusel recipe, please follow these instructions:

Turn on the oven at 220 degree / 200 for hot air.

Apples are torn to strips on a grater and swab together with a little sugar.

The remaining ingredients were combined into a solid dough.

Divide the dough like this: 1/3 part to crumbs and the remaining 2/3 to the cake bottom. Put 1/3 cool.

Grease a spring form with a little fat and benefit 2/3 dough on the bottom.

Distribute the apple on the dough into the spring shape.

Grind and spread 1/3 dough over the egg yolk.

Place the apple cake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes.

When crumbs on top of the cake are golden brown, the cake is finished and taken out of the oven and allowed to cool.

Can be enjoyed as it is or with creme fraiche or a splash of whipped cream.
