1 | tsp | Vanilla sugar |
1-2 | tsp | Boiling water |
150 | g | Wheat flour |
175 | g | Butter |
2 | dl | Icing sugar with strawberry taste |
200 | g | Almonds |
Instructions for Almond Hearts
To prepare the Almond Hearts recipe, please follow these instructions:
Put the almonds in a saucepan, cover them with water and boil. Pour the almonds into a sieve and dirt them out of the shell while they are hot. Chop the sliced almonds well. Mix almonds, flour, sugar and vanilla sugar in a bowl. Cut the butter into small pieces and knead it into the flour mixture for a smooth dough. Bring the dough into the kitchen film and let it rest in the refrigerator for at least one hour. Heat the oven to 175 degrees. Roll the dough onto a flour board in 1/2 cm.'s thickness. Touch the heart with a heart-shaped protruder. Place the hearts on baking sheets with baking paper and place them in the middle of the oven at 175 degrees for approx. 10 min. Let the cakes cool on a grate. Stir the ingredients for the glaze together in a bowl and immediately sprinkle the icing on the cakes.
