Ingredients for Abrikossoufflé
Grated must of ½ lemon | ||

2 | tbsp | Lemon juice |
20 | g | Melted butter |

4 | tbsp | Apricot jam |
50 | g | Almonds |
Instructions for Abrikossoufflé
To prepare the Abrikossoufflé recipe, please follow these instructions:
Brush four small oven-resistant molds with melted butter and sprinkle with sugar.
Apricot marmalade and lemon juice are stirred together in a saucepan.
Warm it slowly with stirring until it is lukewarm and then take the saucepan from the heat. Add the cracked lemon peel.
Whip whites stiff and fold the jam for a little while.
Chop the almonds and finally mix them.
Distribute the mass in the molds placed in the oven at 160 degrees for approx. 30 minutes. Take out the soufflé and serve them immediately. They quickly fall together.
