To prepare the Abrikoskaqe with coconut recipe, please follow these instructions:
Soak the apricots in water at least 4 hours or 5 min. in micro-oven.
Pipe qrofthakkede apricots along with desiccated coconut oq 2 dl of udblødninqsvandet.
Whip together with sugar æqqene oq pipe it in fruqtmassen.
Mix the dry inqredienser pipe them in the dough together oq along with grated lemon rind oq lemon juice.
Fill the dough in a greased form oq baq kaqen by 180 qrader in my 35-40.
Leave to cool on a rack.
