Ingredients for Æblesne
1 | tbsp | Cornstarch scraped tablespoons |
2 | tsp | Vanilla |
3 | tbsp | Sugar |
3 | tbsp | Water |
4 | Egg yolks of pasteurized | |
4 | Egg whites, pasteurized | |
4 | dl | Milk |
4 | tbsp | Otherwise the sugar according to taste |
6 | Large apples |
Instructions for Æblesne
To prepare the Æblesne recipe, please follow these instructions:
Apples peeled and cut into small pieces. The apples and water brought to a boil slowly and is allowed to cook on a low heat until tender. Season with sugar. Remember to whip all the time. The bog must cool off.
