Oven-seared Seabass

Put the cleaned fish in a greased baking pan. Sprinkle it with salt and pepper, and drizzle liberally with lemon juice. Deck the pan with tin foil (aluminum foil called it) and put the fish in a 200-degree warm oven for 45 minutes.
