1-2 | tsp | Light wine vinegar |
150 | g | Purified carrot |
2 | tsp | Coriander seeds |
2.5 | tbsp | (Virgin) olive oil |
2-3 | clove | Crushed garlic |
300 | g | Cucumber |

To prepare the Yogurt salad with cucumber and carrot recipe, please follow these instructions:
Pour 1 liter of plain yogurt a coffee filter. Let yoghurt drip of 5-6 hours. If there is heat in the kitchen, so let afdrypningen take place in the refrigerator. Prepared yoghurt can be kept covered in the refrigerator.
Stir in crushed garlic with olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper. Crush coriander seeds right finely and stir them in. let the oil mixture pull approx. 30 minutes.

Stir the yoghurt together and season with salt and pepper. Server salad in portions or in a large bowl. Sprinkle with a mixture of fintklippet dill and chives.
