1 1/2 | dl | Plain yogurt |
1/2 | dl | Lukewarm water |
100 | g | Fiber healthy |
2 | tsp | Salt |
50 | g | Yeast |
50 | g | Melted margarine |
500-700 | g | Wheat flour |
Instructions for Yogurt bread
To prepare the Yogurt bread recipe, please follow these instructions:
The yeast is mixed in lukewarm water, milk and fiber healthy mix in and rest for about 10 minutes. Yogurt and cooled melted margarine stir in gærmassen, add Meltet and it all kneaded together. Made snug to uplift in ca. 1/2 time, shaped to French bread and after raising approximately 20 minutes. Bake at 200 grd. in about 30 minutes.
