mix the flour with the gærblandingen and lemon rind, add the other ingredients and knead the dough smooth.
form dough into buns and behind them.-/undervarme ca 220 C preheated. warm air ca 200 C preheated. baking time is approximately 8-10 minutes. Bake in the middle of the oven and allow to cool on a wire rack.
