2 | tbsp | Cornstarch (corn flour) |
2 | tbsp | Oil (like sesame oil) |
2-4 | pkg | Chinese noodles |
250-500 | g | (Brown) mushrooms |
3 | tbsp | Soy sauce |
5 | dl | Sour cream 18% |
5 | dl | Veal or beef broth |
500-600 | g | Tender beef |
6 | tbsp | Tomato puree ´ |
Instructions for Wok-stroganoff with chinese noodles
To prepare the Wok-stroganoff with chinese noodles recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cut the meat into thin strips. Cut the spring bulbs into slices and the sponges in quarter pieces, and chop the white lacquer well.
Whip all the stuff to the sauce together in a bowl. Season with salt and freshly ground pepper.
