115gIcing sugar
120mlGlykose syrup
120mlLukewarm coffee
150gSugar
170gButter
230gWheat flour
60mlButtermilk
75gCocoa powder

Instructions for Whoopie Pies

To prepare the Whoopie Pies recipe, please follow these instructions:

Preheat the oven at 190 c.

Pies: Mix flour, cocoa powder, soda, baking soda and salt.

Whip sugar and butter in another bowl.
Add eggs and vanilla.
Mix the buttermilk and coffee together in a cup.
Add the flour and coffee milk alternately to the butter + sugar mixture.

Pour the pies with a spoonful to put them on a baking sheet with baking paper.
Lay the pies 5 cm apart and press them slightly flat.
Bake for 9-10 min.

Vanilla filling: Whip butter and gradually pour the flour in. Whip for approx. 5 min until it is light and fluffy.
Add the vanilla and whip it out.
Dip the syrup into the mixture and whisk until it has consistency like mayonnaise.

Aggregation:
Turn the pan down and butter the vanilla cream over, put a pie on top of the filling.
