200 | g | Wholemeal wheat flour |
25 | g | Yeast |
3 | dl | Buttermilk |
300 | g | Wheat flour |
Instructions for Whole grains Flutes
To prepare the Whole grains Flutes recipe, please follow these instructions:
Buttermilk and yeast are stirred together. The other ingredients are added and the dough is well kneaded. Set to raise for approx. 1 hour.
The dough is cut down and divided into 3 parts, each rolling out to a sausage. Replies to the plate for approx. 30 min.
The flutes are scratched and brushed with water. Spray if necessary. With whole grain flour.
Bagetid approx. 15 min. At 225 degrees C. alm. Oven on the middle rib.
