Ingredients for Whole grain muffins
0.25-0.75 | dl | Cane sugar (or brown sugar) |
1 | dl | Brown sugar |
1 | dl | Olive oil (I use now button so much) |
1 | pinch | Salt |
1.25 | dl | Milk |
1.5 | tsp | Baking soda |
2 | tsp | Vanilla sugar |
3 | Eggs | |
5 | dl | Wholemeal wheat flour |
Instructions for Whole grain muffins
To prepare the Whole grain muffins recipe, please follow these instructions:
stir in eggs and brown sugar together. then add all ingredients, stirring.
as EVS. fill one can eg. tear some carrots, or pick up some nuts. You can also put berries or raisins.
fill muffinsformene about 3/4 up.
Bake for approximately 20 minutes at 200 degrees (by hot air can reduce the rank of 190-195 and still bake them at ca. 20 min.)
Tips:
I have even put a little more brown sugar and cane sugar in than there was in the recipe for that they were a little more sweet. Otherwise, they are really good and "juicy"/svampede in it.
