20 | g | Yeast |
250 | g | Wheat flour |
250 | g | Rye flour, wholemeal |
3.5 | dl | Water |
Instructions for Whole grain bread I
To prepare the Whole grain bread I recipe, please follow these instructions:
The yeast is crumbled and stirred with the water laced to 35 degrees C.
Salt, flour and crushed rye are added and the dough is kneaded until it is smooth and smooth. The dough is covered with a damp cloth and raises 2 hours.
The dough is thrown down and shaped into a loaf of bread, which is baked in a greased baking form and adheres to 45 minutes.
Brush the bread with water and baking at 250 degrees C. Alm. Oven for approx. 45 minutes.
For the last 15 minutes of baking time, the bread is taken out of the mold and baked on the plate to make the crust crisp.
