To prepare the Whole Fried Plaice / Scrub recipe, please follow these instructions:
Clean and rinse the fish. Treat them in rye flour. Melt 50 g butter and 50 g margarine on a large pan. When the fat takes color, the fish is raised for 6-7 minutes. on every side. Start with the skinside.
Remove the fish and melt 200 g butter to sauce. Serve on hot plate and season with salt and pepper. Decorate with fresh lemon and parsley and serve with fresh boiled potatoes that turn on the forehead of the melted butter.
