1tbspWheat flour
1dlRye flour, wholemeal
1dlWhole milk
100gMushrooms, dried
2tbspParsley, fresh
2dlWhipped cream
30gMargarine
300gRibbon pasta, fresh
600gHellefiskfilet without skins

To prepare the Whole fish with mushroom sauce and pasta recipe, please follow these instructions:

The mushrooms are soaked in the sherry.

Cut the halibut into suitable pieces and drizzle with lemon. Turn in rye flour with chopped parsley, salt and pepper. Step on forehead for approx. 3 min. on every side.

The pasta is boiled according to instructions.

sauce:
Margarine is melted and flour is added. Add cream, milk and sherry from the mushrooms. The sponges are chopped roughly and placed in the sauce together with the cooked pasta. Season with salt and pepper.

Served with flutes and possibly. tomato salad.
