Instructions for Walnut dream
To prepare the Walnut dream recipe, please follow these instructions:
Used 2 spring shape ... All the macaroons added close in the bottoms. In the spaces that makronerne form, fill that up with crushed macaroons, so makronerne forming a uniform layer in the molds. Makronerne stænkes with sherry, as much as they can pull.
Piskefløden whipped into foam. In cream foam mix: Chocolate chopped coarsely. Walnuts, roughly chopped. Marzipan, nougat cut into cubes and raisins.
Husblasen soak in plenty of cold water for 5 minutes. Water knuges of the husblasen and place in cognac as heated to a temperature so husblasen melts. Be careful not to heat to temperature too high, just so husblasen melts. Allow to cool a little, and isinglass brandy and then poured in a fine beam in cream mixture while gently touched in this, as cognac mixed around. mix in the mixture until it begins to stiffen.
Cream mixture then pour over makronerne in the 2 molds. The molds are made cold ca. 4 hours.
Garnish, if desired. with additional walnuts and chocolate.
