Ingredients for Walnut Cake II

170 | g | Butter or margarine |
170 | g | Sugar |
2 | tbsp | Milk |
2 | tbsp | Very strong coffee |
250 | g | Wheat flour |
3 | Eggs | |
325 | g | Sifted icing |
Instructions for Walnut Cake II
To prepare the Walnut Cake II recipe, please follow these instructions:
Fat and sugar is stirred together. The fat should be softened to a consistency like mayonnaise, and then add the eggs one at a time. After each egg, add a little flour. Finally, mix the rest of the flour and the other ingredients in, and it all touched to a uniform mass.
Pour into a greased and floured mass springform ca. 24 cm. in diameter and bake in oven at 170 deg C in Groove Middle approx. 80 minutes. The oven must have the right temperature from the start.
Let the cake cool in the 2-3 minutes before it is taken out and added to cool on a wire rack. When the cake has cooled, overdrawn it with the glaze. In the glaze can make the pattern as you like. Cake decorating to finish with half Walnut kernels.
Glaze: fat, milk and coffee are heated, stirring continuously over low heat in a pan until the fat has melted. Do not boil. Allow to cool slightly, then stir in sifted icing. Stir thoroughly until the mass gathering together and is smooth and glossy.
