2.5 | dl | Wheat flour |
2.5 | dl | Buttermilk |
75 | g | Margarine |
Instructions for Waffles II
To prepare the Waffles II recipe, please follow these instructions:
Beat the egg yolks with sugar and salt, and whip kærnemæklen therein. Got flour and bicarbonate of soda in and stir the dough with håndmixerens dough hooks. Beat the whites until stiff and turn them gently into the dough.
Melt the margarine, butter is heated waffle irons thus, and mix the rest of the margarine in the dough. Came about 2 tbsp. the batter on the iron, close the lid on and heat the iron. turn the iron, so both sides of the vaflerne will be baked.
Scratch vaflerne loose from the iron and place them to cool. behind the next team, etc. vaflerne must be cooled separately.
Tips:
Vaflerne eaten with jam for example. for tea or soft drink.
