Instructions for Vietnamisk Beef Casserole
To prepare the Vietnamisk Beef Casserole recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cut scallions and garlic. Saute the onion, garlic and chopped lemon grass in the oil for about 1 min. Add meat and fry it with. Add water, soy sauce, fish sauce, chili and sugar. Let the right bugs, covered, approx. 40 min. to taste. Adornment Court with plenty of fresh coriander.
Tips:
This right is a low-fat recipe and contains 430 kcal per person. Can be served with rice, preferably you (Calc. 40 g per person) or server without the rice but supplement with a lot of fresh vegetables (bell peppers, squash, Eggplant). It is super delicious!!
