In the bowl of the salmon fillet leaves or burners and a few pieces of butter or margarine are filled. The bugskind is assembled with a pair of toothpicks and the salmon is put in a greased ovenproof dish. Distribute butter / margarine pieces over the salmon and put the dish in the oven for approx. 30 min. At 200 degrees. After 10 min. Pour the white wine and the salmon is ready for approx. 20 min. Served with green salad, white potatoes or just with flutes.
