2 | tsp | Baking soda |
2 | pinch | Salt |
2 | tsp | Vanilla powder |
2.5 | dl | Buttermilk |
240 | g | Sugar |
250 | g | Soft butter |
300 | g | Wheat flour |
4 | Eggs |
Instructions for Vanilla muffins with strawberries
To prepare the Vanilla muffins with strawberries recipe, please follow these instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees. Cover a frying pan with the 24 muffin details. Stir the butter creamy with sugar and vanilla powder, then carefully stir the eggs in one at a time - add lemon juice. Mix the flour with baking soda and salt in a separate bowl and turn it into the butter egg mass alternately with the buttermilk.
2. Divide half of the dough into the molds. Put 1tsk strawberry marmalade on top of the dough followed by a little strawberry pieces. Distribute the rest of the dough upstairs.
3. Bake the cakes on the middle groove approx. 20-35 minutes (otherwise only until they are light brown) and then let them cool to a baker.
tips:
Also tastes fine with a clum of whipped cream on top.
