Instructions for Valnøddespicier
To prepare the Valnøddespicier recipe, please follow these instructions:
Wheat flour and the other ingredients kneaded together into a uniform dough. The fat must not be softened but have its normal texture. The finished dough into 3 equal pieces, which rolled out for sausages in ca. 3 cm. thickness, at which point the set to cool, preferably in a refrigerator, so they are easier to cut.
Of each dejstykke cut approx. 50 PCs., which put on a plate with good distance, since they float a little bit out during baking. Pieces of dough spread with egg white, first and then sprinkled the chopped walnuts.
Bake in the oven at 200 degrees C for Groove Middle ca. 8 minutes. The oven must have the right temperature from the start.
