To prepare the Valnøddedessertkage recipe, please follow these instructions:

Stir the egg yolks with the sugar. Mix chopped walnuts and raspberries. Whip the whites very, very stiff and turn them into the dough. Pour it into a greased, raspberry jam and baking cake in the middle of a 200 degree hot oven for about 30 minutes. Sprinkle the cake when it is cold. Put it together with whipped cream added sherry. Decorate with some of the whipped cream and half walnuts. The cake can be varied with hazelnuts.
