Instructions for Urteskum

To prepare the Urteskum recipe, please follow these instructions:

Chicken broth and crushed garlic boil in half.

Cream fry is added and it is cooked to half.

Pick the parsley and add the broth, boil for 2 minutes, season with salt and pepper.

Then blend it for 5 minutes at the highest speed and aim it through a fine sieve.

tips:
The parsley can be replaced with other herbs after taste, or a mixture of different herbs.

Knuckle, watercress, chives, dill, basil, leafstick, esdragon, sage.
