To prepare the Upside-down cake recipe, please follow these instructions:
Melt the butter (50 g) and pour it into a spring-shaped or alu-shaped form. Distribute the butter into the mold and sprinkle powdered sugar. Pour the juice from pineapple and apricots and let them drip free of wet in a sieve. Put the fruit in one layer in the shape and appropriate pattern. The apricots are laid with the curved side downwards. Stir sugar and butter smoothly. Stir the eggs in one at a time. Mix flour with baking soda and stir in the dough with the juice. Distribute the dough over the fruit. Bake on the second slice in preheated oven at 175 degrees for about 45 minutes. Cool to the lukewarm of the mold and then turn on a dish.
