Instructions for Ukrainian bread I
To prepare the Ukrainian bread I recipe, please follow these instructions:
Stir water and yeast together until the yeast is dissolved. Add the remaining ingredients, hold a little flour back in the beginning and knead it slowly in the dough until the dough is smooth and smooth. Let the dough raise loose and covered to double size, for approx. 1 1/2 hour. Slice the dough easily and form it into a large, round bread. Leave it on the plate for approx. 20 minutes. Pour the bread for 35-40 minutes at 200 degrees C on the bottom oven pan. Cool the bread on a baker. As it cools off, the crust is easily cracked.
