Instructions for Tzatziki WE
To prepare the Tzatziki WE recipe, please follow these instructions:
Grate the cucumber into strips in a bowl. Sprinkle a tablespoon of salt out of the cucumbers and mix the cucumbers and salt. Let drip from væden in about 15 minutes.
Pour over the cucumber in a colander and wash them with cold water so that the salt gets washed by.

Tzatzikien tastes really good to most dishes if you like garlic, is especially good for potato dishes.
