2.5 | dl | Jasminris |
2.5 | dl | Whipped cream |
25 | g | Almonds, shelled |
4.5 | dl | Water |
Instructions for Tyttebærris
To prepare the Tyttebærris recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cook the rice for løskogte rice with water, salt and vanilla. Let the rice pull with water in 12 minutes, boil up, put a lid on, turn down the heat and cook for 12 minutes. Let the rice pulling another 12 minutes under the lid. Then remove the lid and let them cool off. Roof vanillestangen up.
Whip the cream to lightly froth. Chop the almonds coarsely and mix them in the cream skimmed along with sugar.
Turn the cream together with the rice. Pour it into a bowl and serve with lingonberry jam.
