Instructions for Turtle Mousse
To prepare the Turtle Mousse recipe, please follow these instructions:
Melt the turtles over water bath, then cool off without stiffening completely, but the consistency may be creamy / caramel-like. Whip egg and sugar for egg shake, about 5 min.
Then turn the melted and partially chilled turtles into the eggshell and then turn the slightly whipped cream in the mixture. Spread the mousse into 5 portions mold and simmer for a day (for best consistency)
Before serving add whipped cream and chopped daim on top (adds a little extra)
