Instructions for Turkey with vegetables and curry paste
To prepare the Turkey with vegetables and curry paste recipe, please follow these instructions:
Roast pine kernels on a dry pan. Heat the oil in a wok and grill the meat for about 2 minutes. Add the curry paste and coconut milk. Simmer for another 5 minutes. Add the chopped leek, bell pepper and broccoli florets. Season with salt and pepper. When the vegetables are tender, add fresh cilantro and garnish with the toasted pine nuts.
The Court served warm – if necessary. with cooked rice.
