Ingredients for Turkey in ginger sauce

Pepper
Salt
1tbspFreshly grated ginger or 2 teaspoons dried
1tbspOil
100gGreen beans
100gCarrot
100gOnion
3tbspCorn starch
3-4tspVinegar, URf.eks. æbleddike
400gCauliflower or broccoli
400gTurkey småkød, possibly. Turkey Breast
6dlApple juice

Instructions for Turkey in ginger sauce

To prepare the Turkey in ginger sauce recipe, please follow these instructions:

Cut the meat in thin slices so as possible. Arrow the onion, and chop it. slice cabbage and stick (except for the grossest part) into hazelnut-sized pieces. Make the ginger ready, if you are using fresh ginger root. Peel the carrot, and cut it into strips.

Heat the oil in a roomy saucepan. Pour onion, meat and carrot strips in the Pan, and let it all take heat while stirring. When the meat has changed color, add ginger, 5 dl Apple juice, beans and cabbage, and it all boils 4-5 my.

Stir cornstarch into the rest of the Apple juice, and stir this jævning in court. Cook right through, and taste it with salt, pepper and vinegar, so the gravy turns sour-sweet.
