To prepare the Turkey Breast with chorizofyld, bacon and tomato sauce. recipe, please follow these instructions:
Turkey: cut chorizo'en into small cubes and Sun-dried tomatoes into thin strips. Mix the chorizo, mozzarella, 2/3 of the sun-dried tomatoes, Basil and pepper. Cut a pocket in the Turkey and put stuffing into. pak kalunen into the bacon and fry it by 180 Gr. for about 1 hour.
Tomato sauce: heat well with olive oil up along with the remaining Sun-dried tomatoes and add the peeled tomatoes, garlic salt and pepper, and simmer for approx. 1/2 hour. Add the roughly chopped oregane immediately before serving.
Serve with rice, potato wedges or baked root vegetables.
Tips:
Keep well again with the salt in tomato sauce, it may be a bit in contrast to the Turkey that is riglig salt because of the chorizo and bacon. The restrende part of the Turkey can successfully be used as cold cuts.
